Shane Morgan, Director of Sales
Shane is seasoned technology sales executive with over 18 years of extensive experience and expertise in sales/account management, including 12 years in telecommunication industry. Shane is responsible for sales in the Midwest region and works closely with our Managed Services team helping clients educate, protect and remediate Cyber threats and breaches.
Shane received his Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Grand Valley State University in 2002. He has both his Green Belt and Black Belt in Six Sigma from Lawrence Technological University. In 2016, Shane received his Master of Administration from Central Michigan University.
When Shane is not at work, he enjoys spending time with his wife Kacey and he three children Montana, Violet and Liam. Shane is also an avid runner that enjoys concerts and spending time with friends.
Scott Sabellico, Vice President of Sales & Marketing
Scott is a seasoned technology executive with over 25 years’ experience collaborating and working with firms such as IBM Global, Microsoft, and EDS. Starting his career in technical project management gave him a solid foundation of technology, and throughout his career has held various contributor and senior management roles across delivery and sales.
Currently he leads J2’s Sales and Marketing organization, working closely with our delivery, and operations teams to deliver on a promise to provide the highest level of customer satisfaction possible. He is an expert in building trust relationships and bridging the communication gap between sales, marketing, and delivery.
He has won multiple awards for sales excellence and attainment and has been featured in CRN Magazine, Fox2, and various podcasts across the country. He holds several sales, marketing and technical certifications and attended Franklin Pierce College in NH.
Scott resides in Tampa, Florida, and has two beautiful daughters and two grandchildren. In his free time, he an artist and is dedicated to community services and outreach, having held board positions at Goodwill Industries, Angels of Hope and THAW.
Pam Chaundy, Director of Operations
Pam is an accomplished operations executive with over 20 years’ experience managing teams within finance, legal and technology. Her role within J2 is invaluable as she is the conduit between leadership, sales and engineering, and the lead on escalations. She is responsible overall for J2 operations, customer satisfaction and client onboarding.
Outside of the office Pam enjoys spending time on Michigan’s inland lakes, and is very active in her local neighborhood and community. Pam also served as a Board Director with the Brighton Center of Performing Arts and is involved with several charitable organizations.
John Horger, Chief Operating Officer/Co-Founder
John Horger is the Chief Operating Officer and Co-Founder of J2 IT Group, LLC. In this role, John oversees several aspects of the company, including financial, HR, sales, purchasing, and logistics. With over 30 years of experience working with computers, networks, phone systems, surveillance systems, and low voltage design, John acts as a mentor and a teacher to the J2 IT staff.
John has a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering. As an Electrical Engineer, John designed data acquisition and test systems for plant floor and assembly line processes for 15 years. As technology evolved in the IBM PC and Microsoft realm, John converted many of these systems from proprietary platforms to the IBM PC standard platform. Using this experience, John left the corporate world in March of 2000 to start his own business in Information Technology.
John enjoys running and working out when he has free time and likes to sing karaoke with friends and family. John loves watching the Detroit Tigers and Nascar and is an auto enthusiast and a technology junkie.
Jason Hill, CEO/Co-Founder
Jason is a pioneer, visionary and well-respected technology leader responsible for overall strategic direction of J2 IT. He is an accomplished technologist and has cultivated a culture within J2 which is centered around a true passion for technology and solving issues for clients. Jason’s background spans 20 years plus of network design & engineering, cyber security and consulting and holds certifications in multiple disciplines and specializations within technology including Cisco CCNA and CCNP.
Jason has a Bachelor of Science from Eastern Michigan University as well as IT Program certifications from Washtenaw Community College in IT. He is heavily involved in the community and is a part of several non-profit organizations in Metro Detroit.
Outside of the office, Jason spends lots of time with his wife and 2 daughters and their activities. Jason has other business ventures in real estate and enjoys mentoring other business owners.
